Jordan Dye, LCSW, EMT — therapist serving Ogden and Layton, Utah
About

Hi, I'm Jordan.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and an EMT, and I've spent six years as a therapist alongside the people who run toward what others run from. My EMT background isn't a footnote — it's why I understand shift work, critical incidents, and the particular weight first responders, military members, and healthcare workers carry home.

I serve in the Army National Guard, too. I spent four years enlisted before commissioning, and for the past four years I've served as a Behavioral Health Officer — work I'm still doing today. I've worn the uniform and sat with what service leaves behind. Whether you're a veteran carrying it home or still in the fight, you won't have to explain the culture to me. I already speak the language.

My clients are usually high performers. Capable, dependable, the ones everyone leans on. And right now they're exhausted — worn down by stress, trauma, and burnout that doesn't show up in a performance review. My job is to help you set that down, reprocess what's stuck, and rebuild a life that's pointed at what actually matters to you.

I work primarily with ACT and EMDR, and I keep it real — no jargon, no pressure, just two people doing honest work at your pace.
